Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Client Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth through effective communication and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
• New Business Development and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Account Management: Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring timely communication, and delivering high-quality services.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the marketing industry.
What We Offer
Competitive salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum.
