Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Design and Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design process and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion
• Manage a team of designers and coordinate with vendors
• Ensure that all projects meet our high standards
• Collaborate with Category teams and cross-functional teams to help in gathering market feedback

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or related field
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
