Role & Responsibilities:
• Deal with the Brands and Consumers
• Improves consumer service quality results by studying, evaluating, establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
• Getting the right feedback from the consumers.
• Briefing consumers about the current discounts and offers for the brands
