The position is for an Business Development Engineer with the primary responsibility of developing the business for certain product lines from the instrumentation portfolio. The candidate must have a strong ability to understand the products technically, excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way to the customer.

The products offered by Toshbro Controls are instrumentation products requiring technical aptitude and ability to understand the customer's applications. The products offered include instruments for Level Measurement, Flow Measurement, Speed Monitoring, Pressure Measurement and Solid Flow Measurement.

The position entails regular interaction with the customers and an ability to communicate well and build rapport is important.

The main responsibilities will include:
• Technically selling the company’s products to a wide range of Industrial customers
• Understanding the customer's application and selecting a product to suit the requirements
• Achieving the annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
• Maintaining existing customers and generating new customer base.
• Techno Commercially Negotiate orders with the customer.
• Technically sound fundamentals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• High moral and ethical values

Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering preferably Instrumentation / Electronics

Experience
• 3+ years’ experience in selling industrial products in B2B environment; preferably process instrumentation
