Job Description

· Relationship with the existing and new clients of the company.

· Daily reporting of all sales activity Drive new client acquisition.

· Supporting existing sales team in generating leads.

· Responsible for employing sales skills in order to achieve the sales target.

· Responsible to communicate with clients in every mode of communication available at any required point of time.

· Adhere to sales plan like meeting the budgeted number of clients every week, follow up with clients, etc.

· Take up ownership on every account and conduct accordingly, for outstanding payments, client satisfaction, business renewal, etc

· Maintaining accurate data base about current as well as potential clients. Client Management, Maintain relationship with existing clients & retention. Develop existing accounts.

· Be a team player.

Compensation : Fix Salary + Variable + Incentive + Other perks etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Industrial Area, Sector 62,, Noida - 20130+, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
• Business development: 2 years (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
• English (Preferred)
