Acquisition of new clientsGenerating leadsInternational Conversion on LeadsSeek an initial brief on the client requirements to understand Client Business/Requirements or Need Generation to establish the solution as the best fit system for the need or business enablementWork in close coordination with Pre-Sales/Project teams to develop proposals for the client's needs and objectivesCreating Presentations, Proposals Response to RFQs and RFPsNegotiation and closure - through appropriately handling client queries and closing the dealContract review with potential new clientsAs our Salesforce Business Development Manager, you will directly contribute to the organization's success by generating leads and developing new business sales revenue from our product and service offeringsTechnical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
Responsibilities:
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in Cloud Technology, CRM, WMS and Salesforce.comGenerate new leads daily and follow up on existing leads by organizing sales visits and cold calling.Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.Identify customer business issues and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal, or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.Develop and cultivate relationships with key and targeted customers necessary to drive long-term business objectives.Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.Assist the business analyst team in gathering business requirements by working with stakeholders to analyze business use cases and document user stories.Translate business requirements into technical requirements to be implemented by the team.Knowledge of the IT corporate sales cycle and selling in multiple regions.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience(MBA) in marketing preferred2 years to 4 Years of experience in business development with a background in selling similar solutions for a Salesforce consulting partner organization.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must have Professional English communication skills, Domestic and International conversation skills.Must Have knowledge of Linked In Sales navigator.Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-oriented.Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.Knowledge of the IT corporate sales cycle and selling in multiple regions.Demonstrated ability to expand business in large enterprise accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
