In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues. Responsibilities Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails. Update CRM system with all customer communications Close sales and achieve monthly targets Strategise and maintain the sales pipelines. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Be a team-player in achieving the organisation's goal Qualifications Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent Both freshers and experienced can apply Recommended 1+ years' previous sales experience
