We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. Your role is to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations
Required experience: Freshers to 5 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Leading and exploring opportunities in both Domestic and International markets.
Map new potential segments in the market (Mainly in Freelancer, Upwork, experience in Guru, or any other portal will be a plus).
A deep understanding of marketing principles.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
In depth knowledge of In-bound sales leads..
Developing a business development strategy focused both on financial gain and Customer Satisfaction.
Candidate should be highly proficient in lead conversions with a proven track record.
Experience in Client negotiations.
MUST HAVE: Excellent communication skills & convincing strategy.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Decision making ability.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Discuss and carry out promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
Skills Required:
Pleasant in communication.
Very good in interdepartmental coordination.
Innovative and out of box thinking.
Self-motivated and creative problem-solving skills.
Believe in relationship.
Working Days and Time:
Flexible Hours: 8:30 Hours a Day (0+:00 AM to 0+:00 PM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
