Responsibilities- ? Cold-calls- you will receive leads generated from various sources and would be required to make calls to potential customers. Your telephonic skills will need to be on the peak for this process. This is usually where you will make your first impression with the client and will convenience and indulge them into visiting the sites. ? Sales Pitches- listening to the client's requirement and talking to them about what kind of an investment they want to make is the most important part of a sales pitch. After that, you just need to mention the qualities of the particular product and mention the details that the client is looking for. The zeal to learn every single thing about the product will be required for you to make strong sales pitches. ? Communicating with the client- when you work in a service based business, you help the customer through his/ her journey. You have to assist them before and even after closing the deal. ? Follow-ups- follow-ups is just a step between a lost client and closed deal. There are times when there are some external variables that affect the client and he/ she takes a break. Here, you need to do sincere and regular follow-ups to understand and solve the problems. ? Site-visits- taking the clients to visit the site is one of the major parts of your role. ? Negotiations & closing- after all the calls, site-visits, pitches, follow-ups- the eventual part of a deal is the negotiation and the closing. You need to be at your convincing best to perform this part. Your business skills will come into act and your approach will decide the outcome of the process. Requirements- ? Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Sales relevant field Minimum 2 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry Strong client relationship management skills Excellent negotiation skills Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization Market research experience Proven ability to work independently A proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team Superior presentation, oral and written communication skills
