Job description

Exp: 1 – 2years

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential prospects over the phone, email, and LinkedIn after researching the company and the right stakeholders.
2. Ask the right questions to understand customer challenges.
3. Fixing appointments through warm calling. Drive conversations with prospects that
are relevant to their challenges and position how you can show ways to solve them.
4. Maintaining customer records by updating account information on a periodic basis.
5. Communicating courteously with prospects over the phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
6. Keep records of calls, conversations and capture information for the next follow-up.
7. You will be a multi-tasker who can manage campaigns for multiple clients and cater to their needs.
8. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
+. Maintain a daily log and report.
10. Analyze and suggest channels that work.
11. Impeccable communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
12. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
13. Ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
14. Any Degree.
