Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing and executing the business development, marketing, and sales plan.
2. Work Closely with the CEO to define top business development priorities.
3. Develop the annual business plan and break it down to the targets that reflect the right balance for agency needs.
4. Work closely with the CEO to establish the rock solid measurement system for all major business development efforts.
5. Build a strong business team, guiding them from scratch to goal setting for each team member.
6. Manage business development teams and their daily efforts, and help them to achieve their monthly, and weekly targets.
7. Build sales assets to be used in business development efforts.
8. Assist and support production department heads to assign projects and deliver the project on time with client communication.
Other requirements:
1. Must be comfortable with target-based work
2. Having good knowledge about lead generation, proposal writing and lead conversion would be preferable
3. Go-getter and like challenges
4. Constant thrust to learn and prove oneself
5. Good communication and manipulative skills
6. Analytical and problem solver
7. Candidate has good exposure & knowledge about digital marketing, design & development.
8. Must be an immediate joiner.
