Required Skills:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Business Development Executive
a.) Top-notch communication. (English speaking should be flawless)
b.) K to 12 Education industry background preferred
c.) Extremely creative and a go-getter.
Key Performance Areas
• Require a BDE/ counsellor, with a good academic background and must have experience as an academic/education/career counselling.
• Should be able to work under a pressure environment to meet the target deadline.
• Client satisfaction, should be able to work under a pressure environment to meet the target deadline.
• Technical & professional knowledge
• To represent the companys Courses to students & professionals and to convince them how our product is better than others and to create a maximum prescription and to achieve 100% target.
• Ensure smooth conversion of subscribers to customers ensuring best conversion rates throughout stages of the sales lifecycle of a lead
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system
• Day-to-day calling, generating sales/subscriptions and revenue for the company
Requirements
Any (Graduate/Post Graduate) with 1+ years of relevant experience in Branch Sales (Counseling, Lead Conversion, Teacher counselor, fresher with internship experience) profile may apply for the position.
