Business Development Executive

Urgently looking for Business Development Executive for reputed client into Design Consulting Services for Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry at Pune.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Generate new business for architecture and engineering services (BIM Architecture, Structural, MEP services).
• Should have experience in getting Overseas and Domestic Clients for the Business.
• Develop relationships with Architects, Consultants, Developers and Contractors to support their projects.
• Leverage network and contacts to explore the business, identify target accounts, generate prospect funnel, handle the sales cycle, map accounts, and close business
• Manage the sales process for new business opportunities in the assigned geography/accounts
• Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
• Identifying new revenue opportunities
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
• Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
• Collaborating with management on sales goals
• Using networks and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads.
• Follow up on any sales leads
• Use telephone, email, and internet contact to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners
• Become a product expert and be able to effectively present the company's items to current and new customers
• Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Should have good experience in lead generation
