Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT Company (Minimum 6 Months Experience)

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the IT industry, your role will be to drive business growth and expand the company's customer base. You will be responsible for generating leads nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. This position requires a combination of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to effectively meet sales targets and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events to identify and generate leads. Conduct research to understand potential clients, their business needs, and pain points. Develop a strong understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct regular follow-ups, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to address client challenges and achieve their business objectives.

3. Sales and Business Development: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting the company's products and services to potential clients. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.

4. Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.

5. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients. Provide feedback and insights to enhance product offerings and customer experience.

6. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Share insights and recommendations with the management team to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a business development or sales role within the IT industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
