Job Description:
• Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
• Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face.
• Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
• Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers.
• Monthly appraisals and performance based promotions.

Desired Skills
• Experience in a Sales driven organization (Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/Real Estate)
