Arunodaya Print Pack Private Limits ( APPL) is a Printing and Packaging company catering to the printing of packaging materials for Pharmaceutical, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Beverages, and Mass communication industries. Equipped with the latest technological advancements in the industry, the company caters to the ambitious product launch and branding requirements of Pharmaceutical companies. Our company has advanced machinery and process-driven workflow and a technically managed team to carry out the functions effectively.
The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
• Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
• Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
• Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• Meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Profile
Skills required:
• You have at least 3 years of experience ideally in Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or Marketing Communications within Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
• You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
• You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales.
• You have experience in National Sales, which would be a strong advantage.
• You have experience within Healthcare would be a strong advantage.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
