Key Responsibilities"
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and online platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Close deals and secure new business for the company
• Understand and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget is plus
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT-Computer, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Upwork and its bid and closing processes
• Proven track record of closing deals and generating new business
• Ability to think strategically and develop and implement sales strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the web and mobile app development industry is a plus
• Self-motivated and results-driven
