Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our startup team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or any other degree or certifications
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
