We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships. Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales targets.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business development.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in business development or sales.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
Experience in technology or software sales is a plus.
Nice to have :
Experience with account-based marketing strategies.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Experience with B2B sales in a startup or high-growth environment.
