Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. They will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities, respond to inquiries, and build customer relationships. Additionally, they will manage and grow existing client accounts.
Qualifications
• New business development, lead generation, and account management skills
• Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in working capital management, is a plus
