Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier sales talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and team dynamics.
Sales Leadership:
• Provide strategic leadership to the sales team setting clear targets and expectations.
• Foster a positive and results-driven sales culture.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Insurance Expertise:
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of insurance products to guide and train sales representatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the insurance landscape.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product offerings.
Training and Development:
• Design and implement effective training programs for new and existing sales team members.
• Conduct regular skill assessments and identify areas for continuous development.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Set and communicate clear performance expectations and goals.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Communication and Relationship Building:
• Effectively communicate the company's values, mission, and goals to potential candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, industry professionals, and potential candidates.
• Act as a brand ambassador to enhance the company's reputation in the market.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, and team management, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
