Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns to attract new clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and position our company effectively.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent our company and promote our products and services.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track sales performance and provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.
• Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the same industry or related field.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales objectives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' business needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn continuously.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
