About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting demos and leading prospects through the final stages of the sales process. This role requires someone with excellent communication and persuasion skills who can confidently address learner’s concerns, highlight product benefits, and ensure a smooth transition from demo to sale. You will be working towards achieving monthly revenue targets and are expected to have a strategic approach to consistently meet and exceed these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead prospects through the final stages of the sales process, addressing objections and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain a strategic approach to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and develop customized solutions for learners.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections, identify client needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Results-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach to meeting sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Qualifications:
• Strong skills in student counseling and career counseling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge and understanding of the education industry.
• Passion for music and music education
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in any field
