Full job description
Business development manager is responsible for driving business growth within a company. You develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections in line with projected income.
Role & Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue generation Develop pricing strategies and proposals for potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to align strategies.
Networking, Identify new clients through Lead generation.
Foster collaboration to enhance product/services offering and market reach.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.
Negotiate & finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company & clients.
Analyze and report on sales performance.
Required Skills:
Proficient in sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets.
Strong verbal & written communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to develop & implement strategic business development plans.
Expertise in negotiating deals and partnerships to ensure favorable outcomes.
Capability to conduct comprehensive market research & analyze industry trends.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset for monitoring key performance indicators & making data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanour.
Customer Service: Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
Education: Any Graduation
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in sales.
