Business Development Executive (Recruitment & Staffing)
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our newly started recruitment agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and building strategic partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and expansion of our agency in the highly competitive recruitment industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target industries and geographical regions. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, HR managers, and decision-makers. Understand their recruitment needs, pain points, and business objectives to position our agency as the preferred recruitment partner.
Client Acquisition: Conduct sales presentations, pitch our agency's services, and tailor recruitment solutions to meet clients' specific requirements. Proactively engage with prospects through meetings, emails, and calls to secure new business contracts.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, niche markets, and potential areas for business expansion.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive and compelling proposals and quotations. Customize recruitment solutions, pricing structures, and service level agreements to align with clients' needs and expectations.
Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome. Collaborate closely with the operations team to seamlessly transition clients from acquisition to successful recruitment assignments.
Networking and Industry Presence: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and establish strong professional networks. Leverage these opportunities to promote our services and generate new leads.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.
Requirements:
--Proven track record in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry or a related field.
--Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices.
--Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
--Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various organizational levels.
--Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
--Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
--Proficient in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
--Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
