Role Definition :
Bricks Media Business Development Executive is Responsible for working with teams across the company to Generate Maximum Business for Company. Your work will be to Generate Business through E-Mail Marketing, Cold Calling, Customer Place Visiting, Social Media Marketing and other marketing & Sales Platform.
Responsibility Deliverable :
Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks of the decision maker of Marketing Department.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential Customer
Collaborate with Marketing Agency or Agent.
Task & Activities
Sales Meetings :
Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client
Having effective sales meetings in order to:
Understand Clients Marketing System
Position Bricks Media is the best for the client
Generate requirements for Website Design & Developments, SEO, social media, Lead Generation from the client
Sales Proposals :
Create presentations based on the client requirements
Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals
Negotiate win-win deals
Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
Skill Required :
Negotiates and establishes favourable financial arrangements with clients.
Should have a good command over communication. Client facing conversations.
Excellent salesperson in B2B sales activities, strategic planning.
The profile will be into Digital Sales, Creative services, Communication, Concept Selling, Consultative Selling.
Previous experience in these fields will be a bonus.
Revenue generation, Target driven, Self-starter, Proactive.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Develop Management skill to Handle at least 2 People under you.
Measurement Metrics :
Generate Minimum 200,000 to 300,000 New Businesses Per Month.
Acquire at least 5 New Clients
Qualification & Experience :
Graduate/MBA
Minimum 2 Years of Industry Experience
Salary :
From 25,000/PM Up to 50,000/PM
