Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating new product opportunities, conducting in-depth market and technical analysis, and representing the company at international expos. This is a strategic role focused on supporting global partnerships and technology-driven business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Evaluation & Research:
Identify and assess new products and technologies in alignment with business goals.
Perform competitive benchmarking and product feasibility studies.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive market analysis reports highlighting demand, trends, pricing, and competition.
Provide strategic insights for product positioning and market entry.
Technical & Commercial Reporting:
Draft detailed technical and commercial documentation for product evaluation.
Coordinate with internal teams to assess operational and financial viability.
International Exposure & Representation:
Travel and represent the company at international expos, trade shows, and industry events.
Network with global stakeholders, identify new partnership opportunities, and provide post-event reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
MBA (Marketing / International Business / Strategy) is an added advantage.
Experience:
3–6 years of relevant experience in business development, product analysis, or strategic partnerships in the electrical/electronics industry.
Skills:
Strong analytical and market research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Technical report writing and business case preparation
Global market understanding and exposure to B2B partnerships
