We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on international electronics sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the electronics market, a proven track record in sales and business development, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and trends in the international electronics sector.
• Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve international sales targets.
• Create business development plans and sales pitches tailored to specific international markets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including trade shows, online platforms, and networking events.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with international offices and teams to streamline operations and communication.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
