Job Designation : Business Development Executive
Job Location - Noida, U.P
Experience - 1-2 Year
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our collaborative team, who will be responsible for Tele-sales of IT Product and Services. Must ensure that candidates have knowledge related to IT Product and Services. Candidate should be inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth and achieve target.
Role & Responsibility
• Must be conversant with IT business development process including initiate calls, understanding requirements, proposal, price negotiation, deal closure, contract, etc.
• Should have Lead Management skills with abilities to create business pipeline and plan business accordingly.
• Should have prior experience acquiring projects related to Custom development and product subscription sale.
• Making the presentation for the clients, negotiate rates, and follow up till the closure.
• Candidate must possess good communication skills to handle clients.
• Must be good at email communications.
• Must be an open learner and must possess good knowledge of IT sales.
• Approachable and vibrant personality.
• Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
• Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.
• Communicate company products and services via calling and E-mail, and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
• Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
• Achieve weekly and monthly goals.
Preferable candidates
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, preference would be in IT and Telecom Industry
