Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher with an MBA who is eager to learn and contribute to the growth of our agency. As a Business Development Executive , you will support the business development team in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies.
Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent the agency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development efforts with marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

MBA graduate with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
