Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Freshers / Executive with 0 to 1 year of experience and fluency in Hindi to help expand our client base and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
Customer Calling and Outreach :
• Regularly contact potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Engage with existing clients to understand needs and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture client relationships.
Client Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly.
• Develop personalized strategies to enhance client engagement.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
• Assist in creating and executing strategic sales plans.
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential opportunities.
• Support in preparing presentations and proposals.
• Help negotiate deals that support the company’s growth objectives.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience looking to grow their career in business development.
After 3 days of sessions at day 4 you will start working with us.
