Overview of the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. This remote position is an integral part of our ambitious push into the USA market through our innovative Ambassador program. As we grow, we are looking to recruit over 30 professionals in the next year, with an eye toward developing our team members into future management and executive roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively participate in our sales team to secure commercial contracts.
Consistently achieve a minimum target of $72,000 in new deals monthly.
Engage in high-volume outbound calls (approx. +0 per day), emails, and innovative strategies to reach potential clients.
Conduct online demonstrations and effectively close sales.
Employ strong closing techniques to secure deals and reactivate dormant accounts.
Manage long-term nurturing of prospects and timely follow-ups as needed.
Qualifications and Expectations:
Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
Prior experience in doing Online Demos and Closing IS A MUST
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
High level of energy and commitment to excellence.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Gmail) is beneficial.
Must have, or be willing to acquire, suitable equipment including a quality headset, a computer with at least 4 GB of RAM, a good webcam, and reliable high-speed internet.
Availability to work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm MDT, Monday to Friday, in a quiet and uninterrupted home environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary with commission; our representatives typically earn an additional $4,000 to $13,000 per month.
Commission are paid out every week.
