Looking for passionate and result oriented individuals to join our Sales Team with 8+ years of experience in sales of IT and custom development services. The candidate should have prior experience in sales or business development for product/solution development services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets.
• Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold calling and Cold emailing)
• Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.
• Responsible to build and propose services to customers, identify triggers, identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customers.
• Build and develop business case, provide relevant and sound business and technical advice to the customer.
• Map competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies.
• High degree of commitment and goal orientation is a must and must be willing to adjust to the demands of a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
• Must have strong drive to results and passion for growing businesses.
• Must have knowledge of web and mobile applications development practices.
• Must have deep understanding of marketing principles.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
• Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
• Must have strong decision making, and problem solving skills
