Roles and Responsibilities:
Increasing Sales and generating revenue from successful connect conversions with Student Ambassadors and / Medical Colleges administrations.Monitoring team’s performance, motivating the team members, suggesting and organizing team building activities.Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of tactical and strategic business opportunities. Work closely with clients/resource during business development process, leads the analysis, execute marketing strategies. Ensure effectiveness and execution of strategies.Overlooking the training requirements of the team members.Familiarizing the team with the client’s needs & specifications, assisting in designing the targets, development processes, work standards, client approach techniques and tools to support task performance.Be able to provide guidance to the team with regard to organization’s direction.Provide daily direction and communication to employees in order to ensure that client service is of high standard.Communicating deadlines and sales goals to team members.Setup client discussions, develop account management and improve relationships with targeted accounts and help position new opportunities, develop client facing activities.Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting to Operations & Sales Head.Responsible for overall manpower management in branch including hiring of new staff and attrition management.Cold calling leads and maintaining lead funnel using LEADSQUARED.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Market knowledge & Ability to build rapport.Time management and planning skillsGraduation in business administration, sales or relevant fieldEd-tech industry experience is a must.Immediate Joiner Preferred.
