Business Development Manager - Ahmedabad City - Onsite.
PhleboIndia is a leading healthcare organization that specializes in providing diagnostic services at home. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad City.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying potential clients and generating leads for our services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
• Managing end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Organizing medical camps, onboarding clinics and doctors and pharmacies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Work experience in the Laboratories and Diagnosis field will be given priority.
