The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Role and Responsibilities
• Develop, build, and manage existing and new clients.
• Identifying and approaching new corporate clients
• Prospect new clients via sales calls direct mail, email, and networking events.
• Represent the company at corporate/ promotional events
• Operationally handling the corporate accounts
• Generate monthly budgets and sales forecasts
• have to approach Corporates for Tie-ups & mergers.
• have to maintain a healthy relationship with the existing Corporates.
• Meeting Travel agents and bringing in new accounts on a regular basis from various cities
• Managing the existing travel Agents' accounts and generating regular revenue from them
• Manage & drive multi-city sales team, target planning, distribution & tracking

Preferred Skills
• Good knowledge about the market.
• Should have a good network
• A candidate must have experience in the Travel industry
• Basic knowledge of itinerary preparation costing
• Must have a pleasing and presentable personality
• Good command of written and spoken English
• minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience as a BDM
