Financials &Team Operations
• Generate new sales lead for Staffing Business
• Achieve individual sales target
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
• Analysis of the competitors and market
• Roll out of new clients & Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality by the Operations team
People Management
• Coordination with the Recruitment Team & Team Manager
• Provide guidance and coaching to team
• Motivate and empower team to deliver team goals
• Identify training needs and plan development activities along with RBM
Client Service
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality
Others
• Brand ambassador
• Support in implementation of business and company initiatives
