About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager, to play a crucial role in expanding We Decor8's market presence, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with clients in the related industries. This role requires a strong focus on end-to-end client pitches, sales strategies, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in the related industries.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Conduct compelling client pitches and presentations, showcasing We Decor8's indoor and outdoor sustainable greenery solutions.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our products, and address client-specific needs and concerns.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, designers, and industry influencers.
• Understand clients' requirements and pain points, and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closure to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both We Decor8 and the clients.
• Close deals effectively, maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, including activity tracking, sales performance analysis, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Should be from Core Sales Team with at least 5+ years of work experience
• Should be from Furniture / Glass / Carpet or similar industries
• Excellent communication, managerial, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and the ability to influence key stakeholders
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
