Tasks
Identify and pursue new business opportunities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive lead generation activities.
Build strategic partnerships:
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's reach and market presence.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, including terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of partnerships.
Develop and implement business development strategies:
• Develop and execute effective strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Create and manage business development plans, including sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
Manage client relationships:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on new products, services, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with product development teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements or new offerings.
• Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in IT industry only.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
