The Position

As the Business Development Manager, you will meet with potential customers, leverage partner and provider relationships, work closely with industry bodies and provide valuable advice and solutions to your market.

Skilfully qualify leads and uncover customer needs.
Engage in daily prospecting to identify exciting new business opportunities.
Showcase the benefits of partnership through impactful product demonstrations and value-driven conversations.
Network and connect at industry events.
Deliver insightful weekly reports on sales activities.
Proactively offer feedback for product enhancements.


The Person



Experience in technology sales or property management is an advantage
Experience in SaaS and Proptech sales is highly regarded
A strong passion for sales success with a proven track record
Consistent achievement of targets through effective prospecting and networking
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
Capability to provide valuable feedback on initiatives that align with strategic priorities
Willingness to travel as needed
