Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the NZ market.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, resellers, corporates, and government clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery.
Key Attributes
Proven sales experience as a Business Development Manager or similar sales role within the electrical or IT solutions industry.
Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customer groups.
Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
