Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile Roles & Responsibilities:

· Generating business through online freelancing portals likes upwork, freelancer e tc., social media & other sources.

· Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy

· Do a regular market research Gathering the complete data of the potential customers, sectors and reaching out to them on an effective communication channel to establish the contact

· Do a regular market research Scheduling the demo as well as virtual presentation to pitch our products and services

· Negotiate deals Build strong relationships with clients

· Identifying the Target Audience, Competitors and the ways to reach out to the potential customers

· Knowledge of building the complete Sales Funnel Cold Calling to the prospects in the International Market

· Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through the websites.

· Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meeting targets on regular basis.

· Interaction and explaining project requirements to Technical team/ BA team.

· Carrying out project analysis & documentation considering contemporary business environment.

· Responding to RFIs / RFQs and all other clients' requests.

· Need to interact with global clients over Phone/ Skype and VOIP etc.

· Handle complete sales cycle.

· Experience in Negotiating and Closing deals.

Profile Requisites:

· Should be proficient in project analysis and execution.

· Strong Interpersonal/Analytical skill.

· Good understanding of SDLC for website/mobile application development.

· Business oriented and comprehensive writing abilities in order to generate various proposals.

· Experience in Client communication.

· Understanding of marketing concepts.

· Handled international clients
