Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing sales pipelines. Daily tasks include strategizing and implementing sales initiatives, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and business goals are achieved.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development and sales processes, including lead generation, client relationship management, and meeting business targets
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation
• Knowledge and experience with marketing and advertising strategies
• Analytical thinking and the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in business development or sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Immediate joiners preferred
