We are working on launching fully managed retail spaces on shop in shop concept for mid market investors in the country. The project in discussion here is a fully managed shop in shop specialty retail floor focused towards IT & electronics segment

Our Requirements

An ideal candidate for this profile is expected to have strong marketing acumen with past experience in space marketing. The candidate would be required to prospect / connect & onboard prospective investors for the said project in Lucknow. The possible audience for the project are HNI retailers / distributors & OEMs in IT & electronics segment

Desired Qualification
• At least 2-3 years of selling experience in real estate or technology sales
• Ability to secure an appointment with prospective investors & decision makers
• Ability to brief and explain the product via presentation remotely
• Report in detail on case to basis
