Role Description

TechDefence is looking for a full-time Business Development Manager- Cyber Security to join our team in Ahmedabad and Pune . The ideal candidate will play a vital role in building and maintaining customer relationships to drive business growth by identifying and implementing new business initiatives and strategies. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the Cyber Security industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of successful B2B relationship development and management
• Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategies
• Familiarity with Cyber Security industry trends, products, and services
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and CRM tools
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Availability to travel if required
• Have an Experience in Target based job .
