Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the technology sector, with a focus on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to expand our client base.

Location - Mumbai

Experience required: 4-5 years of experience in developing and growing sales and building relationships with key prospects in Advertising Marketing Industry. Digital Marketing experience will be preferred.

Responsibility Areas:
• Identify and Target New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of our services. Develop and implement strategies to approach and secure new business.
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Understand client needs and tailor our service offerings to meet their requirements.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our technical and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of services. Provide feedback to the development team to refine our service offerings
• Monitor Market Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities. Use insights to identify new business opportunities and improve our services.

Reporting: Reporting to Co-Founder

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
