Pay:$40K - $50K / yr

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.



Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.



Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Passion for pets and knowledge of the pet industry is a plus.

• Must have a fully setup home office with computer/laptop, printer, headset and video cam.
