Business Development Manager | Sales

We are hiring energetic Business Development Manager (Females) for our Digital Marketing Company.

Job Location – Bhubaneswar

Shift Timing – 11:00am to +:00pm

Qualification – Any Graduate (MBA and B.tech. Preference)

Experience – 1yr Above (Must have experience in IT Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.

· Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

· Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.

· Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

· Running outbound campaigns (Skype calls, emails, Whatsapp etc.) to create sales opportunities.

· Maintaining client activities in CRM.

· Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.

· Ensuring excellent client service through regular client follow up.

· Developing rapport with key decision makers.

· Managing virtual sales meetings.

· Converting the potential clients to qualified clients.

Requirements:

· Good communication skills (English and Hindi)

· Achieve the target before deadline
