This is to inform you that we are looking for the position of Business Development Representative for Night Shift (USA Timings Only).
Position: Remote(Work from Home)
Salary: **Target oriented ,no fixed salary**.
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Qualifications: Any 10+2, Graduate/Post graduate Degree
Schedule: Night shift (Timing: 10pm-7am)
5 days working (Monday to Friday), Saturday and Sunday Fixed Offs.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Skills- Need good English writing skills on computer (Compulsory), Knowledge in MS office (Optional), Typing speed (optional)

Responsibilities:
-Opportunity to work with campaigns that specialize in a particular product or service likely in Custom t-shirt printing companies for customized apparel designs based at USA/Canada.
-Flexibility to work from home if goals are met.
-Working remotely need a dedicated and quiet workspace with a computer, high-speed internet, and a phone line (typically a VoIP, softphone, or mobile phone).
-Outbound cold calling and appointment setting.
-Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets set by the organization.
-**Familiar with B2B industry**.
-Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
-Research and analyze sales options.
-Achieving corporate growth targets.
-Build and maintain relationships with sales team.
-Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
-Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
-Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
-Build and maintain professional networks
