Job Description:

Position Overview: Social Pill is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and business development to kickstart their career. We are looking for candidates who have some prior exposure to business development or sales through jobs or internships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from our digital marketing services.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach social media, and networking events.

Client Consultation: Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs, provide insights, and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present persuasive proposals and quotes to prospective clients.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales deals.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the agency's growth.

Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the agency to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior internship or job experience in business development or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
